I found only for MT4 -
OverLay Chart - indicator for MetaTrader 4

and modified (notrepainted ) version -
Overlay Chart Modified to not repaint on each bar - indicator for MetaTrader 4.

I also had a similar indicator in Metatrader, but in MT4, and under a different name (so I just couldn't find it).

Tried the test seems to be interesting, but it throws errors, then receiving Rates feilded, then could not load ATR

No of course not, it's double spread cross trading, it's not pair trading at all.
