I didn't change my password, I use my Pseudo, not my e-mail (as it's already stored in the setting of MT5).

1. If the users doing very simple thing - login, and using correct login and password to Community tab so it may be very simple mistake:
password is longer than 8 characters (it is necessary to change password), and mistake in writing the login/password.
2. If it is written the error number (or similar) in Metatrader journal about it so it may be more complicated situations:
- old Windows version, old Metatrader 5 build, using some external VPS which was banned from mql5, and more
- firewall and antivirus software, WebView2 and TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 protocols - look at summary post #1148
- error 403 in the Metatrader journal for Community tab login and for Market tab for example (by using external VPS and for other reasons):

I changed my password 2 times (one time with less than 8 characters, one time with more). Still not working, I can log out and log in on mql5.com without problem tho.
I got this error on MT5 :
2024.02.04 13:43:19.985 MQL5 Market failed to get list of user products (raw - read failed, 10054 error, 1 bytes needed) [1001]
2024.02.04 13:44:20.060 MQL5.community authorization failed
1001
I found one post about error 1001 (not sure how it helps) -
https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/346831
The solution is changing your MQL5 password to be 8 characters long
-------------------------
And I collected some reasons about error 1001 in one post #5 some months ago.
-------------------------
So, it may be anything, -
- from the password of more than 8 characters, from banned external VPS using, or old MT5 build or beta MT5 using (the latest stable MT5 build is 4153), or too many Metatrader instances installed on one PC (no enough computer memory)
- to the absence of WebView2, Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge installed on Windows

I changed my password to exactly 8 characters, but that didn't work.
My build of MT5 is 4167, how to go back to the version 4153 which is le lastest "stable" version you said?

The latest official/stable build of MT5 was 4150 but this build had a bug and the brokers updated it to 4153.
If you have build 4167 so it means that you connect your MT5 to the MetaQuotes-Demo server, but this demo account (from MetaQuotes) is usually used to update MT5 to the beta build and to test beta build (many users like to test beta builds - there are the threads on the forum).

how to go back to the version 4153
I do not know how to go back.
It is better to uninstall buld 4167 and install new one from this link Download MetaTrader 5
For example, I installed MT5 from this link Download MetaTrader 5 some days ago, and I did not connect MT5 to MetaQuotes-Demo server and I did not restart MT5 (because I do not want to get beta build). I installed MT5 and connected it to the demo account of the broker (any broker). And I have build 4153.
Because the brokers are deciding about the following: what is the stable build and when your/our MT5 should be updated.
If this method does not work for you (if you are still receiving build 4167 from this link Download MetaTrader 5 ) so you can go the broker's website and download MT5 from them.

I uninstalled again and reinstalled from your link but still the same build. I have those errors messages:

I found the solution : My antivirus was blocking MT5. I don't understand why it suddenly happened.
I stopped my antivirus and everything works now.

My internet is working fine. I don't use a VPS/VPN.
I tried to delete the Community folder and restart, same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled MT5, same problem.
Any idea?
