Problem with creating a requisition in Freelance

I am trying to create an addressable request
and get the following message "To create a new addressable request, cancel a previously created addressable request". Although there are no other requests. Or can you tell me where I have created an address application? I don't want to add a request so that everyone can see it.

It's been a while since I've noticed a need that isn't on the forum and I would use it often. the ability to say a message through a microphone. Like voicemails in Viber (as an example). I think many would use it as an alternative to multi-texting or a quick reply. A voice message carries an emotional background as opposed to a text. What do you think????

The username is https://www.mql5.com/ru/users/[login] so you have
https://www.mql5.com/ru/users/sergeimironenko
So your username is sergeimironenko

As for password, you have to "change password" to get it:
https://www.mql5.com/ru/auth_forgotten
