Hi support,
I have a problem loading EA into the chart after I upgraded the version.
To resolve it, I was taught by the EA seller to delete the EA and reload the EA again.
I am redownloaded into my same terminal on VPS.
To my surprise after redownload the EA, the MQL message me license activated.
Please see attached for your reference.
Could you please advise me I am doing wrongly.

The activation is 1) per username (your forum username which is Community tab login in Metatrader) and 2) per hardware and 3) software, and 4) per authorization method in Windows.And yes, the activation may be lost because of big Windows update (or because of different authorization method on your VPS or because VPS provider changed something in his equipment and/or software for example).

I just checked the link that you provided. It shows the licenses had been activated.
Yes I just done the Windows updates, so how can I recover the licenses? Its unfair that the licenses had been activated due to the windows updates.

It is the rule, and it exists for more than 10 years, and everybody knows it (you should read the rules before buying something).

I lost 4 licensesI lost 5 activations, and I need to buy some product once again (if I want to use it).
So, for now - I am trying to buy/download the Market products with as much activations as possible (because the sellers are establishing the number of activations for their products). If the seller provided 5 activations only so sorry ... I will not buy the product with 5 activations. If the seller increases the activations so it is fine so I will think about. So, it is up to the seller for example.

Use MQL5 VPS - in case of EA/robot (the activation will not be lost if you transfer/migrate/synchronize EA from your computer to MQL5 VPS for example).

MQL5 VPS is good? My broker is ICMarkets.
It is up to you ... you can ask your broker - in case the broker is providing VPS for example (yes, some brokers are providing this kind of VPS).

But this VPS is having some particularities, for example - no remote desktop connection, dll is probibited and so on ... so it is mostly for the signal subscription or for trading by the EAs - you can read some particularities/limitations on this summary post: #6

Logout of your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community, then restart your MT4/5 terminal, login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your jaytur login and try again.
It's better to deposit the necessary money into your MQL5 account first and then use the MQL5 way of payment during your purchase, than using a credit card.
