Anyone can do autotrading (bot trading).
You do not need to validated as a seller here to autotrade by bot/EA for your trading account.

Yes, prepaid cards are accepted (at least mine is).

Try topping up your MQL5 Community wallet first, and carry out the purchase and installation from within the MetaTrader instead of the website.

Remember also, that depending on your location, VAT will also be charged.
