I have an issue with the financial service.
I just want to buy an EA. The funds are withdrawed from my prepaid card, but the purchase wasn't made. I can't do any transaction anymore.

Yes, prepaid cards are accepted (at least mine is).
Try topping up your MQL5 Community wallet first, and carry out the purchase and installation from within the MetaTrader instead of the website.
Remember also, that depending on your location, VAT will also be charged.

the bot works. there are buttons and if you are not patient, then, you will miss and not read the correct button to get further. This is clearly what has happened. Try again, after taking a chill pill.
There is no solution for that problem, you need to use a broker that has the same symbol as the signal provider.
You can use the 'Move subscription' option in your signal subscription settings, to move it to another account or you can cancel your subscription within 24 hours and get an automatic refund.

Hi support,
I have a problem loading EA into the chart after I upgraded the version.
To resolve it, I was taught by the EA seller to delete the EA and reload the EA again.
I am redownloaded into the same terminal on VPS.
To my surprise after redownload the EA, the MQL message me license activated.
Please see attached for your reference.
Could you please advise me I am doing wrongly.
