Help needed: Log in details

I am just confused that I can login into my MQL5 account thru this browser but when I use the same login details thru MT4 platform it says "Authorization Failed". Any suggestions how this can happen?

About Communty tab in Metatrader?
Fill Community tab with your forum login and forum password.
Your forum login is trader1073 (do not use your email for login, and do not use password received via facebook/google for example).

when I try to log in on my live account on my pc it says invalid account but it can work on my cellphone, can anyone help?

This is the forum about Metatrader software program, and it is not related to any brokers, any trading accounts and any money for trading.
If you are having the issue with your live/real trading account - ask your broker for support.
 
How do I login? It keeps saying no connection. I haven't been on here for a while because of this problem. Now I can't remember my login password. Help

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.

Try with demo first.

I am having the same problem. I cant login to MQL5 via MT4 or MT5. I am not using mu email but my login username as received in my 3rd password reset email from MQL5. This is frustrating. I have MS Edge installed. Any help would be appreciated.
