connection status

I'm trying a server. The connection status of MT4 running on the server is red/green 135174/6 as in the 1st image. The connection status on MT4 running on the computer is green/green 1605/5. Why are the two numbers different? How do I make them both green/green? If I upgrade the server, will the problem be solved?
