Signals mql5 no copy

Hi, I subscribed to a mql5 signal provider, the problem is that it doesn't copy my trades, it tells me symbol not found, I lost problem with two providers, please note that I want to copy on two different brokers, on one for for example, I get the symbol not found message on usdcad, on another on Sp500 which on my brokerage calls us500, on the latter I can understand, but on the first? Maybe I need to change some settings?

If you have this "symbol not found" issue (which is written in Metatrader journal or in MQL5 VPS journal in case you are using MQL5 VPS) so it may be related to the mapping.

Read this part of FAQ -

The Provider has trading symbol called GOLD, and my broker has the same instrument, but it is called XAUUSD. Are trades on GOLD copied to XAUUSD in that case?
