I have an account on this website the specific URL for mql5 but I cannot access my account still for metatrader 5 app I left my previous account is basically deactivated completely as you mentioned.

account on metatrader app is numbered account only. so i dont know what account you are referring to. maybe you are trying to use your brokers account details to login into your metatrader account? these are 2 set of details. metatrader app has numbers, while the brokers account might have the email.

not to confuse you more, but this site has 3rd set of login details. you can not use this to login into your other 2 accounts either.

You are exactly correct I think you were able to answer my questions for me. It must be the broker's account. And yes, I think you seriously was able to answer my questions. I might not be using the right choice of words at the moment to describe my overall situation.

So at this point I do not think I am able to find the broker I had a few months ago last year before i had lost access to my phone around that time.

as you mentioned earlier and I do not know if I'm able to even make another account on the metatrader 5 from with the email that I used to register for the first time I ever made an account (on the mobile app itself, not the browser version). I might not even better use the metatrader 5 app overall as a whole.

Demo accounts with many (the most of) the brokers are for limited time only so you can easy open the other demo account with any your pre-selected broker ... with your old email, your other email ... any ... because they/brokers need your email to sent the advertisement on it (to email) ... and if the demo account is for limited time so - it is not a problem at all.

Because some brokers ask email to be validated (to send the advertisement on your email), some of them - not.

So, it is not a problem at all with demo accounts.

The real/live account - yes, you should think about everything (because the real/live account is about the real money, and not the demo ones).

I am comprehending a little better now. Hmmm, if need be, I can provide the info given to me before making my account overall so that I was able to practice on the demo.

I do not think I have another broker I do not think I have anything other than with what I first started with which was those few months ago from last year and from that time last year I lost access to my phone and I just was not able to get on metatrader 5 as a whole that's really the best way I can put it.

Most difficult is to find the broker than to create the demo account with selected broker.

I have two MT5 instances with two different demo accounts for them. If the broker deletes my demo accounts (because of inactivity of in any other situation) - I will easy create the other demo account (it is just less than 1 min to do).

Sounds pretty cool. Okay, I learned some knowledge last night & this morning, thank you very much.

So, will I need to create a whole new email to use? And from technology perspective, the broker had most control over whatever they had control over, if that makes sense???

Or if need be, I'll just try to find another app to try trading on. 

So to sum it up: do I have to create a whole new email for myself so I can access MT5 overall? (From the app itself on my smart phone, not from the web browser itself) It won't let me use my phone # to register for another account bc I kept trying & the app says my # is already in use.

As of right now I'm trying to make another account.

for my last attempt to see if I can make an account so I'm about to try one more time this morning & see if it'll work or not.

It depends on the broker (depends on their rules for example). You may ask your broker for support. Because any trading accounts (incl demo accounts) are related to the brokers only (it is not related to Metatrader).
