It depends on the broker (depends on their rules for example). You may ask your broker for support. Because any trading accounts (incl demo accounts) are related to the brokers only (it is not related to Metatrader).

Just to remind: MetaQuotes company (MetaQuotes-Demo server) is not a broker.
I am seriously grateful 🙏🏾 beyond, seriously for taking the time to assist me to the best of your abilities. 

I was able to set up another demo account. I wrote down everything this time & updated my folders in my phone. 

I'm not an expert towards MetaTrader5 as a whole, so the guidance was a blessing. Serious thanks again Mr. Golubev.

I tried fixing @ workplace & connection sucks, & I had realized that that was part of why I couldn't do what I needed to. But allllll good now.

as a rule, your broker is always your first point of contact. I thought when you said "use my same number", that you tried to call them on the phone.

But if you used a phone app, it could be a brokers app, but if the icon is just mt4/5 icon, then, is probably just mq demo. I believe that those only last 30 days anyhow.

This is the biggest troubles come from, besides getting the real money to start.
