What build did you have before the update and what build is it now?

Try to restore it from your backups. If you don't have backups, then copy the files from a previous build over the current ones to see if the issue is fixed.

I think with this update there is an issue for Linux users (see https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/10114/page7#comment_43845286).

Yes correct. Having this issue. How can I install an older version until this gets fixed?

(Already solved it. See post below.)

Yeah, I'm a linux user with multiple accounts, it stopped working just 10 minutes ago after the latest update. I tried to reinstall from an older version and that didn't help either.

If we could program indicators and experts for the web terminal this wouldn't be an issue.

Same problem here, not working on:

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

wine-7.0.1

Running from a terminal shows this error:

wine: Call from 000000037561A705 to unimplemented function win32u.dll.NtUserDrawIconEx, aborting

It worked for me.. I used this link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YSUVehcElTpLxCLPMsdlDfFu4Y61yrcc and downloaded MT5 3521-3531.zip and copied the files from folder 3531 to /home/user/.mt5/drive_c/Program Files/MetaTrader 5/ I guess the same will work for MT4.

This is very nice. But, it is not an 'official' download. I wonder if there is an official previous versions archive from metaquotes.

Metaquotes does not sanction downgrading to previous builds. That's why they force the updates on users. You will not find any "official" previous versions.

The only way to downgrade is by this unofficial method of overwriting with files from previous builds, provided by other users, or by using your own backups of each build (which is what I do).
