Installation is failed

Hi there,

I am trying to download EA's to a terminal and I get the message in red "Installation is failed."

Any idea why?

I am running a couple of other terminals (MT4) with no problems - and all terminals are logged into MQL5 and syncing correctly!?

Did you fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum logina nd forum password (and this action should be confirmed in Metatrader journal about sucessfull or not for example).
read post #4 about what to check (it is my example with my Metatrader where I am checking everything).

You can look at Metatrader journal about what was written there.
Because tere are many posts about "error 403" for example (when the people are using some external VPS from VPS provider which was banned from MQL5 Market for example).

Yes - that is all good. 

Attached from journal. Logged in to MQL all good. Just cannot download any EA to this terminal!??

error 403 (I see it on your screenshot) - It is related to your computer.
error 403 = no internet (for the Market).
It means - you are using some external VPS which was banned from the Market, or you do not have Internet Explorer (or Microsift Edge) on your Windows 10 64-bit Computer, or your antivirus/firewall blocked access of your Metatrader to the Market website.

error 403 means: no internet access.
It may be the following -

1. You did not set your Metatrader in correct way (you should fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and not an email; you should have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your computer, and more):

2. Your antivirus or firewall is blocking the access to the Market tab (switch antivirus/firewall off, and find the other antivirus which will not block your access to the Market tab internet).

3. You are using VPS which was blocked by the service (look at the post #19). Yes, some external VPS providers were blocked from the Market by MQ. You may write to the service desk, and if it is confirmed (if your VPS provider was banned from the service) so you can change VPS company provider for example.

For example - VPS provider Zomro with subnets was blocked from the Market (read post #19):
