Installation is failed

I bought an EA -- <Deleted>.

I installed it in one VPS. Everything was right. It works fine.

I tried to install it in another VPS but failed.

It says - Product is purchased, but not downloaded yet.

there is an button 'Install' in the right of above word.

I pressed 'Install' button. A few seconds later I saw

Installation is failed.

I should have 10 activation. This is just the second one. 

How can I fix the problem.

You did not provide any technical details so I can propose some decision with theoretical points of view in this case.
For example:

Make sure -

• that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
• that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
• that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email;
• that you installing this product for the first time (same error is provided by Metatrader in case you already install this product in your Metatrader instance but you forgot it and trying to install it once again);
  
• that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information);
• some VPS providers were banned from the Market (you may get some "error 403" or similar);
