Mean amplitude, but more pracical

Hello Everyone,

I have a strategy, where I always open a trade for just one upcoming H4 candle.

I need to calculate an average Take Profit which I can set for my trades.

So, I need something similar to ATR indicator, but instead of full amplitude, I need:

Graph 1 = Average for last 20 BULLISH candles (Maximum - Open)

Graph 2 = Average for last 20 BEARISH candles (Open - Minimum)

Would you help me with that please?

Thank you.

Greg

Help you with what? You haven't stated a problem, you stated a want.

          Prune pointless queries.

You have only four choices:

  1. Search for it (CodeBase or Market). Do you expect us to do your research for you?

  2. Beg at:

  3. MT4: Learn to code it.
MT5: Begin learning to code it.

If you don't learn MQL4/5, there is no common language for us to communicate. If we tell you what you need, you can't code it. If we give you the code, you don't know how to integrate it into your code.

  4. Or pay (Freelance) someone to code it. Top of every page is the link Freelance.

We're not going to code it for you (although it could happen if you are lucky or the problem is interesting.) We are willing to help you when you post your attempt (using CODE button) and state the nature of your problem.

Thanks William, Very helpful.

Cool down, we don't want you to get blood from nose.

By the way, I loved your statement "No free help". I always thought help was free by definition. ;)

  1. That is the title of a post. Not my post. Not my statement.
  2. Help may or may not be free. If you hire a plumber, electrician, or a doctor to help you with a problem, do you think it is free?
