And why did you highlight"pips" but pass over the points? Is that convenient? I.e., you take, and under your theory you pull out (highlight) what is beneficial, forgetting about the inverted commas.
That's what very "smart" people do - in plain sight pulling out an "argument" when reality is different. Reality is there without inverted commas. The inverted commas are a slang expression. And anyone can interpret a slang expression any way they want.
But here the clause and "pips" are placed side by side, which means they are equivalent.

It is for such "idlers" who got used to four-digit quotes and do not want to multiply the value in pips by 10 in their minds when entering the five-digit quotes. It is more convenient for them to think up a theory about new values and spend time proving that their theory is the most correct, that their new notation (pabam - point) is the most correct. So they were given the opportunity not to think.
And have you even noticed that the proponents of pips disagree dramatically on what a pip is?

In the ZT futures this is not in points, but in ticks (pips), because there are 265 ticks in one point of ZT.
