Once again: Money can be withdrawn from the balance and not from equity. Equity must be transferred to balance(positions closed) before funds can be withdrawn.
In your example, funds are below balance, which means that once funds are transferred to balance, the balance will equalise with funds(after debit and credit have been reconciled).
