It's not about singing, there will be north and south. The market's in limbo right now, no one's going anywhere globally yet... I've been writing for a few weeks, maybe a month ago, that it will be flat in a wide range and maybe the moves will change after November 23... and also the USA will reinvest for the rest of the year (don't know when yet).
