I lived in Bishkek for more than 20 years. I used to get a headache there because of the heat. But after I moved here I never had one. So it's different to each his own).

Isn't it hot in the North Caucasus? Bishkek has mountains too. True, the climate is drier. But it is easier to bear dry heat than humid one.
