The red square in the frame is superfluous because it has more features in common. (square-4, big-4, framed-4, red-4), and all other figures are equal / imho.

All these figures have 4 simple features - colour, shape, size (visual), frame. The signs are considered equal.

If by size we understand not the height, but, suppose, the area of the figure and introduce additionally the area of the frame and the form of the frame, then - circle and 1 sq.

In fact, there's nothing to think about - the problem is visual and without a strictly described condition - so it has many solutions.
