My opinion is to sell from the highs buy from the lows within two days will hang sideways with a downward bias

 
Not so much sideways, still, it's impossible to hold the pair in place. I will be beating with big stops and intraday profits.
 

So it is, the daily chart is turning downwards and the lower TFs are working upwards.
