The picture is beautiful, but what use is it? If even you, the author of the picture, don't see any use in it, why should we need it?

the benefit is that this is the second wave, with the eu being the steepest in the last 3 hours, note - this is a no-gap pattern
 
What makes you think she's second and not tenth? You have a limited time window. Without looking at the whole structure, it doesn't mean anything. Besides, it's a rustic time, it's not clear where to put it. Show me the GMT time there, maybe it'll make more sense.
Anyway, I'm looking at it and I don't understand it yet.
