I'm amazed at Sber's greed. It used to charge about 60 roubles for withdrawing from someone else's bank. My local ATM broke down and I needed some cash overnight. I withdrew 400 p from their ATM and they charged me 233 p!
This is too much, SB is a bloodsucker.

It must not have been a Sberbank ATM? The fee is charged by the owner of the ATM, but Sber is giving away cash for free at its ATMs.
