That's right. 2.6$ withdrawal fee and 2.6% conversion fee. the more withdrawals the better, and it is better to withdraw in $

There is only a 2.6% conversion fee if the purchase currency is different from the card currency. I think the 2.6% for conversion is not much, I have already used the card for purchases and I like it very much. With 1000 and only 26rub missing.
