I've written to servesdesk twice and it's been a long time. No response. I have no access to the mail and phone to which I opened an account and registered the signal.

***. I opened a second account and the old account is hanging around.


How do I close the old account? Advice. How do I contact Metakvotes support? Servesdesk seems to be useless.

It's not clear, to be honest. What do you mean by "account" - is it an mql5 account or a trading account? Are you now writing from a clone of mql5 account? Do you want to delete mql5 accountOLEG BUT?

Do you understand now why ServiceDesk now considers ONLY financial issues, while everything else (and your question including) is considered on the forum? You manage to post, yet report nothing :). That is water on the pussy, oil on the pussy.


So, libretto:OLEG BUT is an 'MQL5 account'. An account in MetaTrader 5 is a 'trade account'. A signal opened on the basis of a 'trading account' is a 'signal'.

I read on the forum that it is better to contact Serverdesk. I did - no response. I understand what Servesdesk is for in the first place, of course.

As I cannot log into the old account I am writing about, I opened a new one (from which I am writing).

Naturally, I don't need the old account and want to delete it and use this - the current one.

I am asking you to close it. In servesdesk I have attached a passport photo and all the necessary information. It is opened in my name Oleg Booth and his nickname TraderBO or Trader Oleg - I do not remember.

Here is what I understood: you have an old MQL5 account. You have lost access to the old MQL5 account (lost phone and forgotten password). Do you want to delete this old MQL5 account?

If I remember, deleting MQL5 account leads to the complete annihilation of a user and lifetime block of access to MQL5. Do you need it? Especially your current MQL5 account(OLEG BUT) has the status of "Verified User" and "Seller".

 
You got it right! Thank you! So deleting the old account will affect the new account, since both accounts are in the same name? If so, can you at least turn off the alarm on the old account?
 

Or maybe you could just reset the settings (change password) on the old account.

This - the current account is also verified, I just haven't added any signals yet.

 
Good afternoon, dear technical support. I have not been able to withdraw funds from the system for a week now. I can't get an SMS on my phone, and I can't get anything on my Telegram. I understand that the world is in a difficult situation now, but let's try to solve this issue somehow. MQL takes a commission but does not withdraw it. Why should we, ordinary users, have to lose something because of moments that do not belong to us but occur under circumstances that do not depend on us. Send money from your cards or something else. In chat with servicedesk I suggested to justify the sms to my number from any other, or other non-regulated ways of verification, if the verified methods do not work.
Please take urgent action, I am not the only one in this situation!
 

Why can't I pull the signal out of the archive?

After pressing the Restore button, there is no tick in the box marked "I undertake to provide correct account details for the connection".
