Everything is working fine, just believed it. Here is a request for 20 000 ticks for EURUSD: today's ticks are returned ok

Keep in mind that the first request gives back what is in the local history and triggers history paging.

Here I have requested 200,0000,000 ticks, received immediately 53,788 ticks and the paging process has started:

After 2 minutes I requested again and got 5 088 888 ticks and paging goes on in the background:

I'm sure I'm on the MetaQuotes-Demo server. Ahem. Now the current ticks are transmitting. The funny thing is something else. Hole in the story. Mode ALL request 3000 ticks. After restarting the terminal - only Friday's ticks come back and before:

After deleting the tick history by symbol (deleted the folder by symbol completely) and restarting the terminal - the history does not load at all.
