System dlls do not need to be moved.

It is strange that using a dll, you ask such questions.

For information, it is forbidden to put any 'system' dll in the terminal directories. This is considered a hacking attempt regardless of the legality of these dlls.

But we still haven't covered the DLL issue.

Build 3021. I can still run the Terminal with a DLL placed in TERMINAL_PATH.
 

Local Network Farm works fine in version 3021.
