И виноваты в этом не разработчики, а сама Windows Phone 7, на сегодняшний день поддерживающая лишь HTTP да HTTPS. Skype с ICQ требуется кое-что другое, ну и — сами понимаете. Ситуация исправится только осенью, с выходом большого обновления WP7.
