Difficulty in setting a demo account

Hello, I am a new trader and I am still getting used to MT4. Right now my MT4 trading account is linked to my broker´s demo account. However, I would like to have a MT4 demo account, but somehow the system freezes and doesn´t finish the set up. Does anyone have an idea what is going on? I appreciate any insight.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.

Try with demo first.
