MT5 SIGNALS not upgrading lot size automaticly

Hi,

I have an issue with this signal: <Deleted>
The lot size is not being upgraded.
My equity has growd of 20% and the lot size is still the same from the start...

What might be the problem?
Is there a maximum configuration setted by the signal provider ?

Any help will be much appreciated,
Thank you!

The lot size is copied automatically and proportionally, but the copying ratio increases in steps, so check your copying ratio in your terminal or MQL5 VPS journal to see the current one.

For example if your copying ratio was 10% and now is 14,8%, lot size will be the same because the next step is 15%.

Also the lot size is always rounded down to the nearest possible size, so if your previous lot size was 0.01, you will need to double your copying ratio in order to open 0.02.

Hi Eleni,

It is actually at 510%.

So what will be the next step considering that I have same base currency account and leverage from signal provider?

Thank you very much for your reply.

What is the lot size of the provider?

Eleni Anna Branou:

What is the lot size of the provider?

It is 0,05

From 500% to 510% in the journal history, i found out that the lot size was the same...

alexgmenard:

It is 0,05

With 510% copying ratio you should get 0.25, do you?

Yes and it is stuck at 0.25 since 500%.

I dont understand how the next step is calculated...When it will go to 0.26 ?
Suppose that the signal provider have an equity of 2k USD and i have 10k USD, we bot have 1:500 leverage and the signal provider lot size  = 0.05
How it will be calculated on this example?

Thank you very much for your time !

Example how it is calculated (you can put your figures there to know about your situation): post

Also - check this part of the FAQ (about rounding):
What rounding scheme is used for Provider's and Subscriber's percentage ratio of deals volume?
signal provider has minimal volume 0.01, subscriber has 0.10 - how to change minimal volume ????
signal provider has minimal volume 0.01, subscriber has 0.10 - how to change minimal volume ????

You need 520% copying ratio for 0.26 lot size, its simple math.

Had wanted to ask too, do providers always set maximum configuration?
