Also - check this part of the FAQ (about rounding):
What rounding scheme is used for Provider's and Subscriber's percentage ratio of deals volume

I understand why now. It was cause of the rounding algo here:

If the value is greater than 100%, it is rounded down to the nearest whole number with step of 10%. Example: 129.6% => 120%.
