Account login reset emails not sending
I have another account, but when I try reset my password it does not send the emails. I would really appreciate it if you can help me reset this account.

when I reset my password for the website, I had to use my username; my email did not work, even tho the form/field says username or email.
if you mean the mtx programs, then you can only get those from your broker.

If that does not seem to work, then please contact the Service Desk — Contacts and requests >> Create a request >> Account >> Ask a Question >> write your message
Also ... Terms and Conditions — 12.13. The User shall use only one unique MQL5 ID on the www.mql5.com website
So, please contact the Service Desk and have them delete the extra accounts or you risk having them all closed.
