Just subscribed a Signal and VPN, how to use

Hi there. I'm so new to MT4. Just subscribed to a Signal and VPN. Some trades open every few minutes. I'm not sure if these trades are from my signal provider or they are being initiated by the AutoTrading feature in MT4 since I had clicked this feature few times. I checked the webpage of my signal provider. It says only one trade happened today and it is in Gold. But these trades are being initiated in my account are in forex. And they are many. Everytime I close them in loss they get opened after some time again. How to stop these trades. Every time I stop AutoTrading manually, it starts again, I has erased 10% of account (Thank god I started with only 100$, I was thinking to start with $3000). I cant see any option to contact my signal provider to seek his help. Could you please help in this regard. Thank you
 
Yes, you can stop in MT4 / MT5 software and upload the command to VPS, it will automatically stop. The VPS has not been terminated because the server has not received the stop command.
