With reviews done wrong! When sorting to new reviews the visitor sees the old review! To see new reviews you need to scroll a lot! In fact, people do not see new reviews at once and do not see!
Completely agree. Moreover, all reviews are loaded to the last, which causes brakes on products with thousands of reviews. Of course it's not many of them, but the brakes there are terrible. And I'm sure it's not bad for sales.
