Cannot Install Purchased EA: "Incorrect Login or Password" error

 
When I click the blue "Install" button in the MT4 Terminal, I am prompted to enter my MQL5 Login and Password. Once entered, they are always rejected as "incorrect login or password". These are accepted when I enter them under the "Tools", "Community" Tab. I have changed the Password several times to be certain it is accurate. Please help!

Make sure -

  • that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
  • that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
  • that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email (your login is 170397; and it should be confirmed by Metatrader journal).
  • that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).

Changing the login to 170397 worked, thanks!!
 
Thanks! (all lower case username [in the URL behind "/users/" when on your profile in the webview on browser] did the trick [although it is shown in partly capital letters after login])
