I believe the problem is between your brokers, GOLD is a tricky instrument to copy anyway and most MQL5 members have problems with it.

It will not make any different if you use another MQL5 account and pay, the problem is NOT because you are using the same MQL5 account and you are copying yourself.

Yes, the high was 68.6%, and it did pause temporary.
hi, from today, i noticed i cannot longer copy any signal in the MQL5 community. All signals copying for my profile are greyed out. I can only buy EAs. Did anyone had such problem? Is weird

See attached. FOR ALL the signals the copy function is disabled. For existing signals i am copying i cannot renew....Very badly affected

Do you have any kind of limitation in your MQL5 account?
Check your profile page for any red stripe at the top that tells you about some financial limitation.

hi Eleni, is weird but i do not have any limitation appearing on my profile. But i also believe someone limited my account after i submitted a refund for an EA i purchased that as eventually a fake product-doing nothing. The weird thing though is I am only blocked in copying signals. I can still buy EAs or other products. I tried all ways to copy signals. Even from the terminal. When trying from the terminal, all signals are green (not greyed out). However when pressing the copy button i get error message "you are not allowed to copy the signal on this account". I logged an issue with support / service desk awaiting to be attended...
