trouble installing bot

first time user here, i have downloaded a bot and it says i have purchased it in the market, i have the install button but it doesn't do anything when i click it?

Make sure that you login to Community tab using your forum login/password (your forum login is mr.srg.88).
And you should have Internet explorer the latest version installed on your computer (I am having IE version 11).

Look at the metatrader's journal/logs, because if you login to Community tab so it should be written there (something about "authrization ..." - just to check.

Make sure -

• that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
• that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
• that you are login to Community folder using your login (not your email).
• that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).

As to me so I had similar issue as well, and I updated metatrader to the latest build and re-installed Internet Explorer, and it was fixed by itself (just my experience).
