PROBLEM with signals via MQL5 to my MT4 terminal - can anyone so kind and help me?
Hi!
1. I am following a signal on my MT4 (IC Markets) - everything has worked in May when I started. But, now in June when I look at the Terminal window and Signals, my trading statistics / results all show just zeroes.
Q1: Is something wrong and can it be fixed, if so, how?
Q2: Who should/can one turn to if assistance is needed (like in this instance) - is there some support?

Make sure you are properly synchronized:
SYNCHRONIZATION OF SIGNAL SUBSCRIPTION
1. When you are subscribed to a signal, you should check frequently that your signal subscription is active and you are copying the trades perfectly. Please go to your MT4 Navigator window and right click on the VPS number, under your account. Click on the >> Journals, option.
2. On the Journals log file that opens, you should locate a: signal enabled, message along with details of your signal subscription, like the copying ratio etc.
3. If you see a: signal disabled, message then something is wrong, you should go over your MT4 or MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Signals, tab settings again and then re-synchronize with your MQL5 VPS.
4. You should check for this: signal enabled, message regularly (once a day I would say), in order to ensure that you are copying the signal perfectly.
WARNING: After you finished with the synchronization of the signal subscription to the MQL5 VPS, you don’t need to tick the: Enable realtime signal subscription, option again in your local computer’s MT4/5 platform, because that way you will copy the signal twice and this is extremely dangerous !!!

As I wrote, when I go to the terminal and Signals tab I see my subscribed signal but all info like DD / PF, Growth / Weeks and Trades / Win, are all zero. In May I could see a curve shoving my traded profit to the left, but that is gone too. Cost and End Date are still correct.
Thanks for all your valuable information. I don't find the VPS number to right click though. On the terminal there is a journals tab and I also see now that the old journals info from May are gone - only from June. Signal is enabled and connected as it looks.

I don't know what could cause this, but as long as it doesn't affect your signal copying its not a serious matter.
