In my many tries to make MT5 back, I tried to copy an old setup from another computer, and after the instalation it works, I don't know why, but it is something. This setup is from my broker. At the beginning of the problem I have tried to reinstall this program from a setup that was already on my computer and didin't work, even the program downloaded from the official site of MT5 didin't work. I hope this can help someone. Thanks
Thank you! It helped, I searched the oldest version of my broker's MT5 version in my computer and I found a version which I downloaded January this year. I then Uninstalled the current version, restarted my computer, then I installed the old version and it worked for me. Thank you.

I downloaded and installed last MT5 #2453 build from https://www.metatrader5.com/en/download but I still get the error OLE initialization failed. My Laptop OS is windows 10 and the error screen shot is attached. Thanks in advance for the help.

According to provided screenshot - you still run the old MT5 #2450 version.
So, please go to folder C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 5 and uninstall terminal, then download and install newest version from https://www.metatrader5.com/en/download . If you get error on starting app, you will see error code in dialog.
Also you can check version of terminal64.exe file in Properties -> Details -> Product version.
