That is - service implementers are always scarce. There are even forums without one single coder, and quite famous forums ... and would be glad to get a coder for a salary ...

This is an objective truth, it's just impossible not to see it.

By attracting a mass of participants we attract 99% of traders as potential clients to the services (look at blogs, look at my analytics in English, read the forum, etc.).
