Hi guys, is there anyway to retrieve the MT4 investor password after if it no longer appears in my accounts mailbox under the terminal?

I don't think you can retrieve it, but you can always change it as long as you remember the master password.

MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Server >> Change >> Investor password

Hey thanks for the response. Do you know where i can retrieve the master password. I know the password for my account with my broker, which i use i use to log into MT4, but i dont think its the same thing as the master password.

Master password is the password connected to your MT4 trading account in which you use to change investor password which is not the same as master. If you don't have/lost master password contact your broker!

Go to the members area of your broker and reset it (or contact them to change it for you).

I've tried using the master password that i use to place trades and log into the account, to change my investor password but it tells me not enough rights. Do you have any other ideas of what could be going on?

In most brokers the master password gives you the right to change the investor password.

In any other case, contact your broker.

This is not an issue that has to do with Metaquotes or MT4/5 platforms, its a broker/trading account problem

Try with demo first.
