Problem with withdraw

good evening, i am new in trading online, i had transfer today 1600 $ on my new account here in MQL5.

I'm going to trade or withdraw but i can't do it.

I have to wait a little while to take advantge of my money?

Or am i simply wrong some procedure steps?

MQL5 is not a broker, so your MQL5 deposited money are only available for buying or renting products and services on this website and not for trading purposes.

If you want to trade, you need to open an account with a forex broker and deposit your money into your trading account.

You cannot withdraw what you deposit. Here is not brokerage service, here are tools for algo trading which you deploy on your broker server market.

ah ok...there was a mistake. How can i get my money back? i can't withdraw my amount right now.

Contact service desk and explain the issue in detail. In some special cases like yours, they might allow the withdrawal.
