Strategy Tester historical quote data
Check Market Watch in Metatrader (right mouse click on Market Warch window - Symbols) to check which symbols are proposed for trading by the broker.
If you want the desirable symbol - press Show.
If you did not find what you want - check the broker having the different symbols (look at my post below).

I think - if your account is connected with some stock exchange so it may be the real stock.

Hi all!
I am a long time programmer, but new to MQL4/5.
I have been toying around with some indicators and want to test them using Strategy Tester. I can seem to find Forex data, but how do I add other markets. For example if I wanted to run some stocks from the DOW through it. Where do I find / How do I import them into Strategy Tester.
