MQL4 Market: failed to load products (send request failed [12150])

I opened MT4 on my VPS and when I click on the tab "Market" nothing is listed. 

Then I went to "Journal" and I found the following message:

MQL4 Market: failed to load products (send request failed [12150])

All other MQL5.community features work fine, just Market tab is empty.

Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this, or what could be the problem?

Which VPS?
MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5? 
If yes so you can make a synchronization once again.

If it is some other VPS so it is related to their OS and so on. Because as far as I know - the Market does not work for Linux and MacOS for example.

VPS is Windows server 2008 (private server, not mql5)

I've tried. Unfortunately it didn't solve my problem. I've contacted my VPS administrator, maybe they will be able to resolve this.

If anyone has any idea what could cause this problem, please let me know

VPS usually run Windows Server 2008 R2 and therefore you need to open  windows explorer browser 32bit and go to mql5.com and add security exception when prompted and you should be all set.

Am also having the error HTTP request failed 

After open window explorer browser how do I locate 32bit in the file
