real signal subscription does not go beyond select payment page

i've been trying to subscribe to live signal service but my terminal does not go beyond the select payment method page and the terminal displays a blank page please help ?

How to help?
Need some information ... which terminal (there are two terminals: MT4 and MT5),

• paid signal? not free, right?
• your account is real/live account? not demo account?
• did you read this article? MQL5.community Payment System
• how are you going to subscribe? using Metatrader? or using webpage?
