I can tell you this ! The builder is not easy ! I am a girl who is far from programming. But you need to understand it ! The thing is the best on the market. The author is a very nice person and helps always! With his help and of course labour you will overcome !
I'm not just saying that this is the best thing. You can realise any idea! Absolutely any ( expert, advisor, assistant with alerts)
While I understand myself ! But I will say:
The author is kindly requested to make a detailed pfd file of the manual with the indication of those elements that are initially set in the constructor - because on many examples they are renamed. It is clear that the user will rename everything to understand the scheme, but it is very difficult to learn when the example icon of such 5 - and we have to use the scientific method for those who are not friends with programming ))
I would also like to see the price for a longer period of time and if the author has it in the plan of Life Time ( but this is not my business )
Also very much want to be able to create custom indicators in the designer

I recommend this product to everyone! BEST ON THE MARKET

Is there a description of all available functions?

I'd like to create a function where upon a sell signal , if the existing trades are in loss, they are not closed but reverse position with a multiplier is opened and then whole trade is closed when TP target is reached.

After reading the instructions I must say I have no idea how to do it. Can help me with this, which functions to use?

One of many points:
The restriction with 511 characters in #property description is ridiculous.
It should be at least 1024 characters.
Then a reasonable program description is possible,

Agree, I can't see any advantage in this restriction of 511 characters only.

I would prefer to get rid of this restriction or at least make it reasonably high.
