I did not see the source code of it. What I told is all based on the fact that it is using "absolute no lag LWMA" indicator and that because of that it can not be a non-repainting indicator. As of how the indicator itself works : I have no idea so I can not tell if something similar can be made. As I told : never seen the source of "#_er_absolute_histo" indicator

That indicator :
1. Does not do anything (try compiling it and attach it to your chart)
2. Even that is a decompiled code
So, since it does not do anything, it is already a non-repainting indicator
