I have decided to answer your questions in the body of your post:
Given the fork can be applied on any timeframe, how do you view your timeframes, weekly/daily for longterm view? What is your criteria for placing a trade?
Yes...long-term = W,D. Criteria: Must have a set-up on the long-term and a confirmed entry on H1 or lower.
What is the lowest timeframe you would trade using the fork.
The lowest I would look at to enter the trade is M5.
What is your usual timeframe that you trade?
That depends on what my set-up looks like. It generally tells me if I could go for a scalp, swing or even position.
Here is my first attempt at applying the pitchforks.
Forks look okay. Just be sure to try to connect it to the pivot as exactly as possible.

I am looking at the usd/cad, on the weekly chart it looks straightforward enough to apply the pitchfork, but on the daily it looks impossible with a clear slant from left to right, would you mind too much showing these two timeframes with pitchforks, I have joined your blog, very good.

Well...
Looks like we have the very beginnings of some weakness. Nothing major. Will have to see how it continues to shape up. Switchbacks are possible, even likely. Blue HL overhead represents potential resistance from the Weekly. Taking nothing for granted...let price speak loudly first!

Thought I should post this chart set-up! Price showing weakness but at another area of support...green HL and WL. Notice the touches along the green HL...buyers there. Need a strong push to break below if that is where it is heading to next. News out this morning. Assume nothing. Beware of Wash 'n Rinses.

Now here's EU for today. Will see if the lower green HL becomes a switchback to go lower. However, notice price is still inside the larger upward fork.

Notice how price broke through that green HL yesterday...with the long green candle? Big push behind the move. Almost made teal ML...price falling again but support in the area. Don't underestimate the bullish presence...they've been trying...A few lines in the sand to watch for the tell.
