1. ex4 files can not be converted
2. I doubt that you will find coders that will go and convert code from metatrader 4 to metatrader 5 just like that (too many changes, too much work and mt made sure that coders do not want to do things they used to do before)

You should ask your broker what do they intend to do in cases like that (in cases of EAs for example, when it it virtually impossible to converts some metatrader 4 EAs to metatrader 5, or in cases of offline chart that never existed and never will exist in metatrader 5)
