RAS moderators announcement, reports and problems - page 5

Hi Shyam.

Is your account a standard account. If so, this could be your problem. Please double check with your broker. The way I see it, for you to trade fractions of a mini-lot, you would have to have a mini account.

Who is your broker?

Thanks

Fx

I will ask the developer more.

But for what I understand: lot multiplier is just lot size.

If you are trading EURUSD 1 lot size, and I am your buyer trading LiteForex in cents ...

so 1 lot size for you and 1 lot size for me - dofferent dollars. Because of the brokers.

So, lot multiplier is just lot size only without any connection with how many dollars for 1 lot.

0.1 lot size for IBFX or Alpari UK for EURUSD (if you are seller) = 1 dollar, right?

0.1 lot size for LiteForex in cents account for EURUSD (if I am buyer) = 10 cents.

But it is still 0.1 lot size (multiplier = 1).

So, you will have 1 dollars and I will have 10 cents with lot multiplier = 1. Just because my broker is different from your broker.

Multiplier is just lot size only.

Just received reply from the developers that lot multiplier can be any value.

It can be 0.5 or 0.1.

Sorry for confusing.

FX Simple Signals,

I am working here as liaison officer between the members of the forum and developers/admins etc.

So, sorry for confusion about lot multiplier.

Can it be a negative value?
